With our historic natural history collection in storage, we are even more focused on our Education mission.

The Pool Nature Center is our current base of operations and home to our education animals and staff.

These 7.5 acres nestled in the middle of over 200 acres of protected land offer the Museum endless program and event options.

Our vision is a community committed to a life-long personal relationship with nature and environmental conservation.

Support for SVNHM goes towards educational programs, maintenance and improvements to our facility, and care for our live animals.

Our programs use live animals, outdoor exploration, audio-visual components, and hands-on activities to bring science and the nature

of Vermont alive!
